Plastered in Pink

I sat for hours, ok maybe not hours, pondering over a witty blog title. As you can see my title is SO original. "Oh Susannah..." I'm sure my parents thought the name was nice, but if only they knew the consequences of it. Everytime I introduce myself, I am graced with a quick seranade of the lovely country song. I know if they don't sing it, they sure as hell are thinking it. People also love to assume that I must go by Susie, Susan, Susanne..etc. No, I don't. I go by Susannah. (With an H!) I think our names say a lot about who we are. My oldest sister is in "baby making" mode, and a big requirement for the name of the baby is that it has to have multiple nicknames. My brother-in-law is obsessed with the idea. A name with multiple personalities. Speaking, of family, I come from a pretty great one. Everyone knows everything- although we pretend not to. There are no secrets, but we act as if there are. It's silly, it's annoying, but there is no stopping it. My dad is one of the coolest people I have ever met. He teaches fourth grade. He truly loves his job and the his students love him back. Not to worry, I find him really annoying too, I'm not that weird. My mom is amazing. She keeps the family together, and also drives us crazy, but we love her. I am the third of three girls. (My dad wanted to have dogs, he was overuled by my mom...) We are pretty great, I'm not going to lie. It's not often you find three beautiful, charming, smart, talented women in one household. We have some pretty great genetics. Sarah, the oldest, is 24. She had a masters in Neuro-Psychology and is on her way to a PhD. She is married to my brother-in-law Dan. (Imagine what a good guy he is to deal with us.) I love her, she is my role model. Then there is Becca, the typical middle child. Bec is 21 and drives me freaking crazy. It wasn't until she moved out that I realized how unique she is. We still have trouble being in the same room together. Hopefully we will grow out of that eventually. When all of us go out together, I am pretty sure everyone in a 30 foot radius wants to kill us, but it's who we are. I could really go on and on about my life, because I find myself quite fasinating but I'm pretty sure no one will read anything too long. I am excited for this whole blog thing, I could get used to it.

-Don't you cry for me. ( Ok cheesy, I know.)

Good post. Can you add a link to my homepage so that we can navigate back and forth more easily? Thanks!
